Pre-Completion Snagging Inspections

Our Pre-Completion Inspection is carried out by qualified inspectors before you legally complete on your new home, giving you the opportunity to identify defects, poor workmanship and incomplete items before moving in.

We carry out a detailed inspection of the property in line with relevant new-build standards and guidance, covering the internal and external areas of the home, including a drone roof inspection and thermal imaging scan where conditions and site access allow.

You will receive a clear, professional photographic report detailing every issue found within 24-48 hours, making it easier to raise defects with the developer before completion.

After completion

Post-Completion Snagging Inspections

Our Post-Completion Inspection is carried out by qualified inspectors and provides a comprehensive assessment of your new home after you have completed and received the keys.

Alongside a detailed inspection of the internal and external areas of the property, this service includes a drone roof inspection, where conditions and restrictions allow, providing a closer assessment of areas that may not be safely visible from ground level.

A standard thermal imaging scan is also included as part of the inspection, and we offer upgraded thermal inspections.

Following the inspection, you will receive a detailed photographic report within 24-48 hours, clearly identifying defects, incomplete works and areas requiring further review by the developer.
